St. Joseph has been so good to our family and we know when we ask him to obtain a grace from God, he will obtain it, if it is for our good.
Our constant prayer has been for God's will to be done with building, that He may make it abundantly clear to us whether we should pursue this or not, so that we don't make a bad choice.
During this feasibility time, every line item has come in under budget. This, of course, has put me greatly at ease. Deo Gratias!
At the very end of our street, there are two homes being built (mind you, these properties were supposed to have been developed for some time). One with HiLine homes, and the other with Adair Homes (which was our other choice). Well, the HiLine home is almost finished and the Adair home has just finished the foundation. They started roughly around the same time. This put us at ease with our choice to go with HiLine. Deo Gratias!
Furthermore, we got to meet the lovely family that owns the home, and they shared their entire journey with us and even let us tour the home. We have been checking back often to see the progress, What great affirmation to get to witness this journey, just down the street, as we make this big decision. Deo Gratias!
Most recently, yet another lot on our road is being developed. They are using the gentleman we want to hire to do all of our site prep. This part had us concerned the most, because HiLine Homes is hands-off for this. We have to manage all of the site prep. Now we literally get to watch him work and track his progress/timeline on this lot. Deo Gratias!
God never seizes to amaze me with His endless goodness and faithfulness.
