Alrighty, to soften the blow on the confusion, let's talk roses and butterflies..I mean, DESIGN! :D
At this point, we are just making preliminary choices for cost estimates sake, but I took some pictures since I could not find any online when I was searching.

Please note that flooring and countertops are done at a vendor which you will visit with your budget (and pay the difference in upgrades). So this is just what you see when you go to visit their model home. Top cabinets are standard, bottom cabinets are upgrades.
This particular granite choice is "Saint Cecilia". This was the only one in office that I cared for. I really am more interested in Quartz though. We will see what the vendor has to offer, but for now these are our choices.
