A couple things happened. We now have a case manager from HiLine, Rick. Please pray for him haha We will be pestering him with lots of questions along the way!
The sellers made a counter offer wanting to split the site survey cost (a hefty 4k survey), but we were assured it was not needed from HiLine and therefore will just forgo it. There was actually one done six years ago, so perhaps it is still staked out.
Knowing that, we are happy to accept the counter offer and are in contract! Now the real work begins. Coordinating all of the bids to see if this will be a feasible project. I believe HiLine will go out and give us an idea to make sure it is worth paying for all the testing. More on that later.
