More great news!
Our perc test yielded a Gravity Septic System. This is the best news! It means as much as a 10k savings from other systems.
We really had a fun day. The kids got to take a little ride on the excavator, the land was cleared a bit more so we could actually see, and we got to meet the neighbors.
The not so great part was that apparently scotch broom really sets my allergies off and I sound like a teenage boy at the moment, but hey, still worth it ;)
