Huh???

You guys, this is me right now!

Excavation? Trenches? Power? Water? Temporary? Permanent? Porta-Potties? Well hook up? Concrete? Trees? Water Drainage? Fire Sprinklers? Appraisals? Insurance? Septic Design? Gravity? Pressured?

Health Department? Permit? Permit? Permit?

You get the point....all I hear is $$$$$$$$$ and ??????????

Rick reassured us a visit to the County Planning and Development will clear much of this up and give us a well rounded picture. That better be the case!

HiLine did give us a pre-construction check list, but that really does not mean a whole lot to a lay person...or at least as of now. 

Anyway, so we are meeting with our first Excavation Guy for a bid here shortly. 

Our Home Order Form was submitted today and financing looks good, but we need to get in all these bids to confirm numbers. 

Let me tell you, for someone who has decision fatigue, THESE ARE A LOT OF DECISIONS!! :D
