There's a lot we love and a floorplan that works.
Unfortunately, that doesn't mean anything if we can't get qualified for it.
So the anguish begins. I had serious doubts about qualifying since we are current homeowners and would need two mortgages, but I surrendered to God's will and simply prayed that if it is His will, let it be done.
We submitted our paperwork on Monday and on Wednesday we got that glorious e-mail of
Thursday morning we submitted our offer for the lot. The sellers should respond by tomorrow!
