Plain and simple: value!
After we visited with Adair, HiLine and a local manufactured home dealer, we simply felt HiLine offered the best product that fit our budget.
We knew we wanted at least 2000 sq. ft., a single story, a separate homeschool space and a potential mudroom (you know, country, rain and kids!).
After considering our needs and our budget we settled on the 2152 floorplan.
Adair came out more expensive (and we didn't love any floorplans) and the local mobile dealer simply lacked in quality for such a large investment.
